Another Nice Walk

Dearest Angels~

It took both of you a long time to fall asleep last night.  We want to move the full bed from the front bedroom into the back bedroom so Joshua will be closer to us and not all the way down the hallway.  So, he noodled into our bed last night since Grace had the crib.  You two eventually fell asleep by yourselves.  I nursed Grace first and then when she was drowsy I put her in the crib.  She fussed a little but then fell asleep.

I changed and nursed Grace at 7:30am this morning.  Joshua took his sippy cup and then we all sat down together for breakfast.  Joshua, you had some Cheerios and Golden Grahams.  Grace, you had some more sweet potatoes.

After breakfast, I moved the loveseat that's in the back bedroom into the play room.  That way we have room for his bed.  Daddy will have to help move the bed though.  It's hard to take apart.

Grace, your poop is beginning to change.  I'm your mother, so I'm allowed to talk about this.  ;-)  It's getting a little thicker, so you much be eating more sweet potatoes than I thought.  It's hard to tell how much you're eating since a lot ends up on your bib and around your mouth!  ;-)

Joshua, you ate 2/3-3/4 of a string cheese before leaving for speech therapy with Kim!  I was so impressed.  And, you fed a little toy elephant too!  How cute!

You're doing well with the PECS program little man.  We're starting sentences with an 'I Want' picture card now.  We'll keep practicing at home.

Leaves are starting to change on the trees outside.  That means Autumn is coming.  That's my favorite season.  :-)

You two had a little nap when we got home.  Grace woke up Joshua since she woke up crying.  :-P  Since your naps were early, we all went for a walk.  We walked for one hour and 25 minutes!  Grace, you fell asleep in the stroller.  We looked at all the houses and saw all the leaves changing.

When we came back home, we cooked some potatoes and veggies.  We now have lots of leftovers for the week.  :-)

Grace, you finished your container of sweet potatoes this evening.  We'll start a new fruit tomorrow.

Daddy moved the mattress to Joshua's bed into the back bedroom this evening.  It was late, so we only moved the mattress.  Joshua didn't seem to mind.  He fell asleep after a bedtime nap.

Sleep tight little ones!

I love you both!  :-)
